TradeTech Search Group was founded by two recruiting professionals with 12+ years of combined experience placing engineering talent at one of the largest staffing firms in the country. We saw firsthand what happens when recruiting becomes a volume game — candidates treated as transactions, clients handed off between reps, and niche technical roles filled by generalists who don't understand the work.

We built TradeTech to do it differently. As a boutique firm focused exclusively on Automation, AI, Robotics, and Engineering talent, every search gets our full attention.
